Since opening in 2009, we have continued to invest in the latest print technology and equipment to secure our position as a one-stop solution for print and promotions. We will always offer our customers a tailored service, whether that be for business or peronal (we print for everyone), which delivers quality products, on-time and to custom requirements, all with the convenience of a centrally located store. 

Visit our store for a print consultation, design meeting, view samples/proofs, or to simply collect your order - our door is always open (Mon - Fri). Need your order delivered? No problem, we offer a bike courier service across Cambridge or can arrange for a next day courier for the rest of the UK.

We're always keen to celebrate our USP of having an in-store team trained in both graphic design and print production, meaning we always have someone on hand to see a print project through from initial design concept straight though to production. Our staff are working with machines and processes they are trained to use, eliminating potential production setbacks and ensuring quality of print.

Yes, we offer volume discounts on many of the products we produce. The larger the quantity ordered, the bigger the savings. Contact us to get details on volume discount offers for your order.

Where can I ship my orders?

Shipping is available on most orders.  If international shipping is required, please call our office to speak with our customer service department.

What are the top items I need to have printed when starting a new business?

We are here to guide you through the marketing and advertising process.  We developed a program called Simple Business Builders. We designed it for companies of all sizes to effectively cross-market themselves in various ways.  Our Simple Business Builders program is comprised of our best-selling products at exceptional prices.  Items include Business Cards, Flyers, Brochures, Postcards, Rack Cards, Door Hangers, Pens, Sticky Notes, Vehicle Signs/Magnets, Yard Signs, and Banners.  Other popular items include Direct Mail/EDDM Postcards, Promotional Products, and Branded Apparel.  We are excited to speak with you about your marketing and advertising needs and provide specific recommendations for your business.

Do you require a deposit?

In most cases, we require a 50% deposit on all orders. Orders through our web store are required to be paid in full before we begin production.

What types of files do you accept?

We can work with just about any digital file type; however, PDFs or Adobe Design Files (.ai, .id, and .ps) are preferred, as it typically saves preparation time, which saves money for our clients.
